As part of a dynamic team, you will play a critical role in documenting and communicating technical information, ensuring clarity and alignment with best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success and advancement of USPTO’s ServiceNow implementation and ongoing operations.

Assist in documenting changes and ensuring solutions align with business strategy and governance decisions.
- Support Configuration and Implementation Documentation: Contribute to the creation of detailed implementation strategies and technical documentation for the configuration of additional ServiceNow SMP modules. Support discovery efforts, assess current business processes, technical environments, and security requirements, and provide clear documentation to guide the implementation process.
- Patches, Upgrades, and Updates: Produce clear and concise documentation for platform patches, upgrades, and updates, ensuring regression testing procedures and mitigation actions are outlined. Collaborate with the team to ensure technical content is up-to-date and aligned with platform changes.
- Collaborative Writing: Support collaborative writing efforts to produce high-quality documentation by working with team members and stakeholders. Help capture complex technical information in a format that is clear, consistent, and easily accessible.
- Knowledge Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing technical content within the ServiceNow platform to improve customer experience and ensure knowledge is accessible to stakeholders.

- Ability to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
