Marketing Producer II
The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays an important role by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our franchises and experiences, including The Sims, Battlefield, Apex Legends, and EA SPORTS FC.
The Marketing Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By fostering close relationships with content creators and constantly communicating with partners, you will guide the production of assets from creation to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Organize the production and delivery of video and design assets such as Brand Identity, Key Art, trailers, and screenshots.
- Guide and manage team members through ideation, design process, and creative execution.
- Connect and maintain a positive relationship with cross-functional teams.
- Create and communicate content production schedules, maintain tools, and track all assets and approvals.
- Communicate asset vision and creative to the team, actively updating them during the creative process.
- Lead asset discussions and meetings with senior partners to understand asset challenges and identify creative solutions.
- Filter notes from the Creative Lead and other partners, ensuring team members understand feedback and act promptly.
- Source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability.
- Initiate music licensing and composition requests with our music group and confirm usage, timeline, and artist credits.
- Send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review.
- Sync with Localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
- Forecast and allocate resources for upcoming fiscal +/- 5 %.
- Work autonomously while relying on the Lead Producer for support.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in production (Agency, VFX production, live action, or similar).
- Led content production for a full-cycle integrated creative campaign from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the organization.
- Work well under time and budget constraints while supporting the team.
- Master of influence, balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery and budget constraints.
- Experience working with developers and vendors.
- Ability to distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
