POSITION OVERVIEW:
Nash Harbor Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Broadcaster/Producer to join our team in supporting the NSWC. As a Sr. Broadcaster/Producer for our client, you will be responsible for managing overall production operations, focusing on both administrative and logistical aspects. This role involves consulting with clients to define the production’s concept, objectives, and target audience, advising on script effectiveness, and developing budget estimates tailored to varying levels of production sophistication. The Sr. Broadcaster/Producer will design and maintain budget control throughout the project lifecycle, develop production schedules, approve script and set designs, and oversee the procurement of props and equipment as well as the selection of shooting locations. Additionally, they will provide audio support and solutions for events, resolve contractor issues, and ensure that the final production adheres to agency policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with clients to define the production’s concept, objectives, and target audience.
- Advise on script effectiveness and develop budget estimates tailored to varying levels of production sophistication.
- Design and maintain budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop production schedules, approve script and set designs, and oversee the procurement of props and equipment.
- Select shooting locations and decide on in-house tasks.
- Select production crew members, including directors, performers, and technical staff.
- Manage contracting for commercial services such as professional actors, post-production enhancements, and transmission facilities.
- Provide audio support and solutions for events.
- Resolve contractor issues and ensure the final production adheres to agency policies.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud Production Premium, Microsoft Office Professional, AVS Video Converter, and screen capture software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, media studies, or related field, OR 10+ years of experience in production.
- Proven ability to manage overall production operations, focusing on both administrative and logistical aspects.
- Expertise in consulting with clients, advising on script effectiveness, and developing budget estimates.
- Strong skills in budget control, production scheduling, script and set design approval, and procurement of props and equipment.
- Experience in selecting shooting locations, managing production crew members, and contracting for commercial services.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Production Premium, Microsoft Office Professional, AVS Video Converter, and screen capture software.

Physical Demands:
