VettaFi is a provider of indexing, data & analytics, industry-leading conferences, and digital distribution services to ETF issuers and fund managers. We host 200+ live virtual events a year with 500+ registrants per webcast and are the global leader in virtual education in the exchange-traded fund and asset management industry. We need a talented Senior Virtual Events Producer to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Virtual Events, the Senior Virtual Events Producer will guide our clients through the planning, management, coordination, and execution of our webcasts.
Key accountabilities:
- Manage all webcast deliverables and ensure high-quality materials.
- Create slide decks and assist with scripts for our moderators, identify weaknesses with the presentation, and suggest improvements.
- Lead prep calls and dry runs with clientele to discuss deliverables, strategy, and expectations.
- Work with internal teams on promotion copywriting, email marketing schedule, and social media posts to maintain webcast deadlines.
- Ensure the live webcasts run smoothly, including reacting to technical difficulties and helping speakers.
- Support our moderators during the live webcast with what they need (keep track of timing, suggestions on attendee questions, etc.).
- Build and deploy registration pages in On24 and WordPress.
- Balance multiple webcasts/clients at various stages of planning.
- Create and distribute registration reports and live event data.
- Build strategic relationships and respond to clients’ requests in a timely manner.
Must haves:
- BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing, project management, or webcast experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiar with On24 or other virtual event platforms.
- Comfortable with basic image editing (Canva).
- Confident nature with the ability to easily interact with clients.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
- Organized and detail-oriented in day-to-day tasks, with the ability to plan ahead.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
