Silver Star Real Estate is a family-owned business, and we are seeking a retired police officer or law enforcement professional to serve as a Public Relations Specialist Consultant for handling evictions, tenant disputes, and law enforcement coordination. This is a consultant role, meaning the candidate will be required on an as-needed basis depending on the complexity of eviction cases and tenant-related issues. The ideal candidate will bring law enforcement expertise to ensure smooth, legally compliant eviction processes while de-escalating conflicts and fostering professional relationships with local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between property management, law enforcement, and tenants during eviction proceedings.
- De-escalate and manage high-tension tenant disputes professionally and legally.
- Work closely with local police stations, sheriff's departments, and legal teams to ensure smooth eviction processes.
- Ensure eviction procedures are conducted in full compliance with local and state laws.
- Represent the company in meetings with law enforcement and city officials regarding tenant-related matters.
- Provide guidance and support to property managers on handling difficult tenant situations.
- Assist in crisis management and strategic communication to prevent legal escalations.
- Train property management teams on best practices for interacting with law enforcement and handling tenant disputes.
- Must have excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to deescalate difficult situation.

- Must be able to mentor property managers.
Qualifications:
- Retired police officer or law enforcement professional with at least 10+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in conflict resolution, crisis management, and tenant-related law enforcement situations.
- Familiarity with eviction procedures, tenant disputes, and managing law enforcement interactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to deal conflicts and build relationships with law enforcement, legal teams, and city officials.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $40 per hour, depending on experience.
