The ideal candidate for the Marketing Campaign Manager position will have a knack for developing strategy and planning engaging ad campaigns, an ability to use analytics to optimize performance, and a keen eye for detail.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead the development of paid ad campaigns from initial brief to final launch, collaborating with creative partners, agencies, hiring teams, and business stakeholders to define messaging, segmentation, and placement strategies

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment

• Build strong relationships with marketing agencies to drive creative production and media placement efforts

• Support strategic pillars, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives

• Develop campaign performance reports and share with relevant stakeholders

About the team

From online orders and shipping to groceries and fashion, Amazon Stores is a large and diverse organization impacting millions of customers every day. You will be joining the Global Stores TA Marketing team, whose scope includes leading recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media, and website management initiatives across our North American, Latin American, and Asia Pacific regions.

As our team supports thousands of recruiters who hire for a wide range of business lines within Stores (Amazon.com and Prime, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, and Amazon Style, just to name a few), the ability to learn the nuances between different positions and lines of business is important.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience communicating results to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-territory campaign management

Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Experience working within a large, matrixed organization
