Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director Global Digital Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager US assists in the planning, coordination and execution of advertising and marketing projects by performing the following duties personally or through contractors and vendors. In addition, the Marketing Manager supports the department’s overall strategic business plan and assists in the development of marketing and communications programs for the company focusing on the US region. This is a hybrid role, working at least 3 times weekly from the office, based out of Teterboro, NJ.

The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position, will be as follows: $100,000 - $115,000 annually.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a marketing role with solid performance and proven results

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications

Experience in producing quality marketing products and managing successful marketing and communications campaigns while driving measurable results in terms of traffic, conversions, and revenue

Proven track record of leading through ideation, design, and delivery of complete marketing and communications products

Strong understanding of all marketing channels and mix

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to be detail oriented, be flexible to adapt to unexpected situations, and to work independently on a high performing team

Possess a valid driver’s license

Possess a valid U.S. Passport

Main Responsibilities

Support Director Global Digital Marketing and Communications with the creation of marketing plans, advertising, events, and campaigns while meeting the deadlines required

Support the development of the US regional marketing strategy, while owning the planning & execution of all marketing initiatives to support Jet Aviation’s business units, including FBO, Staffing, Charter, Aircraft Management, and Business Development

Ensure all marketing activities and facility signage developed adheres to brand positioning and global guidelines

Liaise with external agencies, designers and print vendors for creation and production of all marketing assets

Collaborate with global teams to provide campaign support to meet the global market needs

Identify target markets and audiences to appropriately develop promotional campaigns

Organize photo shoots as needed to support marketing projects

Manage marketing budget expenditures

Supports in developing and creating direct mailing pieces and e-mail campaigns

Creates ad-hoc marketing presentations and reporting as needed

Works with other global team members as needed on cross-discipline projects

Assists in the development of strategic partnerships or alliances to promote the company’s image, brand and visibility

Maintains adherence to the CI/CD standard guidelines and supports our corporate identity

Keeps abreast of the industry trends and articles

Prepares competitive analysis projects as needed

Excellent communication skills

Other duties may be required, as needed

Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

Desired Characteristics

Salesforce and Hubspot CRM experience preferred

Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; and responds well to questions

Demonstrates excellent group presentation skills and actively participates in appropriate meetings

Presents numerical data effectively

Excellent written communication skills with advanced marketing techniques which includes excellent spelling and grammar skills, and various writing styles

Must be able to read and interpret written information

Has a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner to deliver the best experience to customers and colleagues

Ability to travel for various events, seminars, and trade shows

Quality driven with a passion for excellence to represent Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador

Demonstration and commitment to Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)

Project management experience preferred

Photography and videography skills a plus

Adobe Suite and/or Canva experience is preferred but not required
