CoreAI is Publicis Groupe’s long-term strategic initiative to develop an AI-powered data and intelligence layer across the Groupe, bringing together all our data and platforms under one single entity. The Groupe Platform & Solutions team is responsible for bringing this to life to enhance our agency talent with the highest fidelity data and best applications to power personalization and brand growth.
Responsibilities
Our team is looking for a full-time Design Director who will support the Groupe Platform & Solutions team in influencing various creative environments, such as products and brand visual identities. This role will also be instrumental in assisting key revenue opportunities by designing world-class visual presentations, microsites, and more.
We’re looking for a passionate hybrid creative with a sharp-strategic mindset; able to translate a wide range of complex briefs into creative that intrigues and inspires both peers and clients. Someone who values speed and quality, never sacrificing one for the other.
Responsibilities:
Design and creation of incredible PowerPoint templates and slideware for pitch
presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements
Partner with marketing, new business and product teams to develop design concepts for pitches, client meetings, industry events and internal communications
Concept and create print and digital collateral
Concept and creation of strategic experiential elements
Assist in building and implementing new approaches to design work
Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
Maintain Publicis' graphic aesthetic and quality
Manage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
Qualifications
Candidates stand out when they:
Are a creative problem solver, possessing a high level of intuition
Have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, resourceful team player
Possess impeccable time management skills, managing multiple complex activities at once
Have experience working with co-located and virtual teams
Have excellent judgment while working on high-priority, confidential initiatives
Impeccable attention to detail
Able to easily liaise with people outside the design team & create work based on a verbal or written brief
Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
Ability to work under tight deadlines
A passion for creativity - any additional creative outlet, hobby or passion is a plus.
The successful candidate should have:
6-8 years of design experience (agency experience is preferred)
4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)
Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design
Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
Expert skills in PowerPoint
Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
Open to travel as needed
Branding and logo design experience
Keynote design is a plus
XD/Sketch application experience is a plus
Experience with WordPress is a plus
Proficiency with video editing and/or animation is a plus
Proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus

Compensation Range: $132,715 - $208,840 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
