European Watch Company is a high-end watch retailer located on Newbury Street in Boston.
We currently host a weekly live YouTube show where we discuss different watch-related topics,
interview guests, and showcase new inventory. Our shows feature engaging content,
high-energy hosts, and a diverse audience. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a
skilled and experienced Part-Time Studio Producer to help us deliver top-quality live broadcasts.


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Studio Producer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multi-camera production, audio
management, and lighting for live streaming. This person will be responsible for ensuring that
our live shows are executed seamlessly from a technical and creative perspective.


Key Responsibilities:
● Multi-Camera Operation: Coordinate and switch between multiple camera angles
during live broadcasts, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality shots.
● Lighting Setup: Set up and manage lighting for the studio, ensuring proper exposure
and aesthetics for the show’s look.
● Audio Management: Oversee live audio mixing and monitor sound levels to maintain
clear and balanced audio throughout the show.
● Technical Direction: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cameras,
audio, and lighting during the live show.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the hosts to execute the creative vision for the show.
● Viewer Interaction: Monitor live chat and flag constructive commentary in real-time for
hosts


Qualifications:
● Proven experience in live production, especially with multi-camera (3-4) setups for
YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms.
● Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and audio mixing for live video production.
● Proficiency with production equipment (e.g., cameras, audio mixers, lighting rigs, and
video switchers).
● Experience working with live streaming software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, YoloBox, etc.).
● Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues quickly during a live broadcast.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
● Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
● Experience with virtual sets or graphics integration during live shows.


Schedule:
This is a part-time position. You must be available to work during live show times, Thursdays
from 5-6pm. Some prep time before shows will be required.
