Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will support the Portfolio Marketing team with regional, submarket and community-specific marketing and advertising executions including implementation of local marketing, campaign and media plans, creative execution, and metrics reporting in accordance with brand creative standards. This role would also be assigned a portfolio to manage under the direction of the Senior Director.
Job Duties:
Marketing Plans & Campaigns - Manage preparation and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns under direction of Sr. Director of Portfolio Marketing. Maintain and strengthen the ICAC brand within given region.
Brand, Content & Messaging - Manage development and implementation of content and messaging for assigned portfolio across channels including website, paid media landing pages, email, social media, etc.; Ensure brand consistency and tailor content across customer touchpoints. Also, manage video and photo shoot direction and logistics for assigned portfolio
Digital Marketing - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on digital media approach, placements, and creative optimization; Support generation of qualified leads and traffic
Performance Monitoring (KPIs) - Review KPIs for market areas and provide updates to the Portfolio Marketing team to inform tactics, pull reporting details from Tableau as requested
Market Review - Conduct regular competitor marketing and advertising programs review; Understand community performance and marketing opportunities
Marketing Budget - Manage and monitor regional marketing budgets under direction of Sr. Director
Additional Responsibilities - As assigned by Sr. Director of Portfolio Marketing team

Base Pay Range: $93,100.00 - $119,400.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of work experience in brand, marketing and/or communications.

- Strong brand and creative lens
- Organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Has a sense of urgency, can prioritize requests, and make informed decisions
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in Google Suites, with a technical aptitude to learn new and/or customized programs quickly
- Recurring motor vehicle use outside of work commute for more than 2 times per week is not applicable
Compensation:
