Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Producer to lead the development of our Generative AI work streams which will span world content, clothing, characters, and Style 2 Avatar animation. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organization skills, who excels at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency to achieve project goals. You will be responsible for organizing vendor contracts and managing communications, ensuring that all partnerships align with our project objectives and compliance standards. As a key player in our creative team, you will be instrumental in driving projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities :
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle for GenAI content, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners, Product Managers and Art Managers, to clearly define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage communications and ensure seamless workflow between internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with project objectives and milestones. Proactively identify and address potential issues, devising effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, exchange updates, and collect feedback from all stakeholders involved. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, showcasing project status and outcomes.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production role within the vfx, animation, gaming, or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
• Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in 3D pipelines
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiation and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in using project management software, google sheets/docs and tools. Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Years of Experience :

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production role within the vfx, animation, gaming, or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.

Must-Have Skills

1. 3D Pipelines: experience in Game Studios preferred

2. Communication at Scale ( "Built a studio up")

3. Experience managing content

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Gen AI experience preferred - desire to be on cutting-edge tech

Degrees/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required.
