A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE - Senior Video Producer to join a Video Production team. This person will be instrumental in producing high quality gameplay trailers and video assets that showcases products and experiences.This role collaborates across multiple departments from marketing, game teams, internal teams and external vendors to produce Epic quality content in a fast paced environment. This person will facilitate and drive the production of media assets ranging from social content to super-complex video projects.

In this role you will
Collaborate with Video Production Director and Lead Producer on the scope and development of new trailers for a variety of products, including, but not limited to Gameplay Videos.
Own the production management of marketing videos for games, overseeing the entire process from planning to final delivery.
Drive critical project meetings and reviews, ensuring feedback is aligned across game/marketing stakeholders.
Manage production schedules and facilitate communication between internal teams
and external partners.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution for projects.
Proactively identify and address any production challenges or issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate internal and external content creation pipelines and collaborating with Video Finishing and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets to their departments.
Ensure compliance with legal, music clearance, and other requirements for video projects, maintaining industry standards and best practices for
Coordinate with marketing, creative studio and localization teams as needed to define asset needs and support asset production and delivery across all languages.
Recognize and resolve problems and pivots inhibiting successful project outcomes either by working directly with team and stakeholders, or if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Experience in Video, CG and/or Trailer Production and passion for Video Games and current trends in the industry.
Experienced working in a production role where you've managed teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects - both with internal artists and external vendors with a focus on marketing videos for gaming platforms.
Experienced with gameplay video capture techniques and optimizations.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Music Licensing and Music Library relationship management.
Strong understanding of video production pipelines, scheduling, and project management.
Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision.
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster
excellent communication
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet
deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficient or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and Photoshop or similar software
Familiarity with project management tools such as Shotgrid, Wrike or Jira
