We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to join our marketing team. This role will focus on optimizing Highland's digital presence and ad performance to further Highland's thought leadership position and build grassroots advocacy for electric vehicle fleets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing website and advertising performance, managing paid strategies across Google Ads and social media platforms, driving SEO initiatives, and managing CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Performance Analytics:
    • Analyze website performance, campaign metrics, and advertising data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
    • Build dashboards and reports to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and ranking
    • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance website traffic and lead generation


Organic Social Media
    • Manage Social Media Coordinator to engage and grow followers for Highland's organic social presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
    • Identify trends and opportunities to build brand awareness and advocacy through organic social channels
    • Collaborate with cross functional team to publish relevant & timely posts, monitor engagement and optimize strategy based on performance


Google Ads and Paid Media:
    • Actively manage Google Ads and other paid media campaigns, ensuring ROI optimization and alignment with marketing goals.
    • Develop and execute paid social media strategies across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn to build brand awareness


CRM and Personalization/ABM:
    • Develop targeted, data-driven campaigns tailored to audience personas and specific targeted accounts
    • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to optimize CRM for personalized outreach


Website Optimization:
    • Optimize website user experience and landing pages to improve user experience
    • Conduct A/B testing to refine CTAs, forms, and page designs.


Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance analysis and paid media strategy
    • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
    • Experience with ABM strategies and CRM/marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
    • Proven ability to optimize user experience and conversion rates through CRO strategies.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams


$115,000 - $130,000 a year
