Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location(s): Bellevue, WA

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support client Pickup and Returns (PARP) Advertising Team. The client Pickup and Returns organization designs and builds new ways for people to get the things they order online, through a growing network of hundreds of thousands of physical pickup point locations worldwide. Our locker and counter products offer customers greater security, flexibility, and control, while reducing transportation costs and environmental footprint. Beyond customer convenience, Pickup and Returns network offers brands differentiated advertising opportunities to build awareness and convert new users through our growing advertising products.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the planning and delivery of high quality sampling campaigns including end-to-end vendor management, maintaining multiple, overlapping workstreams and educating advertisers on policies and best practices to positively impact campaign performance.
  • Own execution of client Pick Up and Returns advertising digital placements, from launch through reporting.
  • Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle
  • Own end to end QA for advertising campaigns, ensuring high bar is met for all campaign launches.
  • Support campaign administrative tasks as needed, including timeline management, purchase order and contract processing.
  • Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BS in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years working in marketing, digital media, experiential, or shopper and outdoor channels.
  • Experience working with and managing internal & outside creative agencies to deliver on campaign requirements, from asset development through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and engage partner teams to execute successful advertising campaigns.
  • Relentless attention to detail and timelines to deliver bar raising campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Program or Project management experience, with background in launching advertising or marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, while applying sound business judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross functional teams.
  • Experience in establishing agency adoption of new products and building direct client trust with nominal case studies.
