Position Overview
The Head of Production will oversee all aspects of production within our studio, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality interactive media projects. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in game development and a passion for innovation in VR training simulations and other interactive experiences.

*This role is on-site, 5x days a week in our LA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire production team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals and project objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all areas of production.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards are met.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages team members to innovate and excel.
• Implement effective project management methodologies to track progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a producer role, specifically within the gaming or interactive media industry.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Unity and production management.
• Experience in game development, VR training simulations, and interactive media projects is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams and driving project success.
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and technical thinking skills, combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
