Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of social media graphics and video content.
Collaborate across departments to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Social Media Strategy & Scheduling
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Schedule and post content across various platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
Platform Optimization & Trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Tailor content and strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more to maximize engagement.
Community Management
Monitor and engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster a positive brand presence and build meaningful connections with followers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and improve overall strategy.
Collaboration & Client Relations
Work closely with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Coordinate with clients to understand goals and tailor social media strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Loomly).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
