Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated marketing and graphic design professional to support our high-performance brokerage team. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing Director to plan and execute creative and production tasks for sales collateral and other marketing materials in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in creating professionally designed marketing materials for proposals and listings, ensuring brand consistency, and driving effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production : Prepare high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, maps, aerials, site plans, emails, and more using existing templates or by creating new ones based on team needs
Quality Control : Proofread all marketing materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accuracy across all communication channels
Marketing Distribution & Tracking : Monitor and manage email campaigns and listing site performance, tracking engagement and leads
Project Coordination : Work with outsourced resources, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
Brand & Content Oversight : Ensure consistency across all communication channels
Team Collaboration : Participate in weekly meetings and support marketing initiatives
Task Management : Execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, dealing with ever-changing priorities

Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years in a Marketing/Graphic Design role; experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace products
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and/or Constant Contact
Experience working within design templates in accordance with branding guidelines
Bonus:
Familiarity with basic website editing; HTML, Dreamweaver, Webflow
Experience with social media marketing
Familiarity with Canva
