We’re seeking an Media Account Director (Digital) to lead our media strategy and execution efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in media planning, buying, execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ success by leveraging your expertise in media strategy, negotiation, and campaign optimization.


Responsibilities


Digital Strategic Media Planning:


  • Partner with clients, account teams, and leadership to develop strategic media plans that align with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Craft multi-channel strategies, including digital, to maximize ROI. FB, TikTok, Insta, Linkedin. ect


Media Buying Leadership


  • Negotiate and secure cost-efficient media placements with vendors across various platforms and channels.
  • Oversee media buying execution across digital platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and traditional outlets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key media vendors to secure advantageous pricing and first-look opportunities.


Campaign Oversight & Optimization


  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, from setup and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure campaigns meet or exceed client goals.
  • Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed strategic decisions.
