Job Overview:

Responsible for working with Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager to support marketing programs that support key business initiatives. Accountable for coordinating assets and managing tasks to deliver marketing programs on time and on budget. This includes analytical and tactical planning, coordinating activities of cross functional teams in merchandising, marketing and consumer insights and working with external agencies.

Primary Duties:
• Supports sales and profit goals by executing all tactical elements of marketing programs to support business initiatives.
• Assists with planning program elements that are relevant to the customer and drive desired customer behaviors based on consumer insights.
• Works with Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers to translate brand and category strategies/insights into actionable project briefs to deliver impactful tactical execution.
• Builds timelines and ensures that all key projects deadlines are met and all essential steps are followed.
• Builds plans that underscore identified customer and marketplace to support brand growth.
• Seeks out SMEs to gain knowledge of key marketing channels and tactical execution to refine and optimize marketing plans and ensure executional excellence thoughout customer experience.
• Ensures that tactical execution aligns with brand equity, brand strategy and visual guidelines to create a consistent customer message across the store and communication activities.
• Collaborates with overall Marketing team, Merchandising, Category Managers, vendors, suppliers and agencies to deliver on all brand plan elements with excellence meeting timelines and budgets.
• Assists in compiling project implementation details, project brief entry, and communication to key stakeholders.
• Supports Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers in analysis of program elements assessing effectiveness and making recommendation for future improvements
• Gathers feedback and inputs to inform best practices and plan corrections to ensure accuracy and impact of execution.
• Assists in measuring marketing execution in coordination with merchandising, sales and store operations teams.

Typical Years Experience Required: 1-3 years

Minimal Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
