Overview

We're searching for an Analyst of Media Business Operations. The Analyst will play a central role in collaborating with Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance teams on a daily basis. Areas of focus will include partnering with Media on monthly reconciliation efforts, tracking invoice reconciliation, reviewing financial data for irregularities and errors on a regular on-going basis, confirming proper storage of key financial documents, and providing regular feedback to Media Business Operations manager and internal teams on reconciliation progress.

Right now, we're looking for an Analyst to drive that transformation in our Media Business Operations group - someone with an unwavering attention to detail who can support and ensure timely and accurate completion of digital advertising campaign deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly media reconciliation support
  • Manage invoice discrepancy resolution
  • Perform regular campaign spot checks on financial documentation upkeep
  • Organize bi-weekly meetings with team to discuss key campaign metrics
  • Provide assistance on media billing questions
  • Day to day contact with Media, Finance and Accounts Payable teams
  • Partner with Media to reconcile monthly campaign delivery - contact vendors, input data, track invoice payments, dispute invoice discrepancies, etc.
  • Review campaign data on a weekly basis
  • Confirm that financial contracts are being stored accurately and up to date
  • Become familiar with planning tool and process, procurement system and billing process, and training documentation
  • Assist teams with troubleshooting billing issues and errors
Qualifications
  • Four year degree
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Creative agency experience desired
  • Effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with technology and computers
  • Ability to multi-task

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $68,530 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
