We are a non-profit organization. In this role, you will work to inspire and innovate through creative strategy, ideas, and design output. You will be responsible for the weekly content strategy across all social media platforms, as well as owning the execution and analysis of performance in our retention channels (Email and SMS) to build strategies for delivering on revenue goals. This role is a dream job for someone who can partner with leadership to align on vision and big idea thinking and then translate, execute, and bring that vision to life across all channels. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, data-oriented, and has a strong background in email and SMS marketing. This is the perfect role for someone who is confident enough to craft the platform vision for a brand. This candidate will need to straddle creative ideation as well as tactical and hands-on creative direction. They must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
