Overview
As the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing for Haus Labs international business you will have a key focus on key markets in Europe & United Kingdom and play a critical role in driving the growth of our brand awareness & brand sales across global retail partners at Sephora. You will be responsible for ideating and executing retail marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision, ensuring impactful and seamless brand experiences at every touchpoint across the globe. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, creative, and regional external teams & vendors to develop & implement retail marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse global consumer bases. You are a self-starter with experience launching a beauty brand in international markets.
What You'll Do
Global Retail Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the Director, Integrated Marketing to develop and execute retail marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth across key international markets, with a focus on Sephora and other strategic global retail partners. You will liaise with key vendors & agencies to bring the strategy to life. Sephora Partnership Management: Leverage your deep experience working with Sephora to enhance the brand's relationship with Sephora and elevate the brand's presence in both physical and digital Sephora locations worldwide. Collaborate with Sephora teams on innovative campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations. International Market Launches: Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of retail marketing initiatives for new market launches. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local nuances and customer preferences. Brand Positioning and Innovation: Bring creativity and innovation to retail marketing campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the brand's identity while resonating with diverse consumer segments. Focus on creating memorable retail experiences that highlight the brand's uniqueness. Leadership + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate ability to lead projects/campaigns across your own team and cross-functionally. Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to develop compelling retail assets, product launch materials, and in-store experiences. Ensure that retail marketing strategies are aligned with broader brand goals and product roadmap. Agency Collaboration: Manage collaboration with our international PR agency partners to ensure press & influencer activations are within the brand's guidelines and values and are aligned with campaign objectives for product or brand launches. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of retail marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Use data to drive decision-making and ensure continual improvement. What We Are Looking For
LA county based - hybrid work environment, 3 days in office per week 3-5 years of experience in brand or product marketing within the beauty or consumer goods industry. Passionate about beauty and the retail experience. Strong communicator and collaborator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Agile and adaptable with a solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges in fast-evolving markets. Proven experience managing global retail marketing campaigns, specifically with a strong background in Sephora and international beauty retail. Successful track record of launching and growing a beauty brand in global markets, including experience with international market dynamics and regional adaptations. Strong strategic, creative, and innovative mindset with the ability to execute complex campaigns that drive business results. Deep understanding of the beauty retail landscape, including both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. Exceptional project management skills with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sales & data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and optimizing retail marketing strategies. What We Expect
