Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
  • Manage Chi’Lantro’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including scheduling and posting content.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to create content ideas that align with the brand.
Content Creation and Support
  • Create, Manage, and Assist in producing photos, videos, and graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Campaign and Event Coordination
  • Help coordinate local events, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partners.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns by organizing creative assets and tracking performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
Administrative Support
  • Maintain an organized content calendar.
  • Assist with community outreach and sponsorship requests.
  • Track expenses and assist in managing the marketing budget.
Customer Engagement
  • Oversee loyalty and rewards program promotions, ensuring customer retention.
  • Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends, adapting strategies to align with customer preferences.
Advertising and Promotions
  • Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Partner with local influencers and media to generate organic and paid buzz.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Preferred
  • Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing.
  • Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, iMovie, or Adobe Premiere).
