About the Role
Flock is hiring a Head of Marketing to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. In this role, you will define and execute Flock's marketing strategy, aligning it with our business objectives to drive growth and brand recognition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture a strong, cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and deep connection with our target audience.
This position focuses on strategic execution and measurable outcomes. Experience in marketing, particularly in financial services or real estate industries, is highly preferred. You'll be empowered with the resources, team, and tools needed to elevate Flock’s marketing efforts and help scale the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute Flock’s marketing strategy, aligning it with the company’s business goals
- Develop and nurture a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences
- Drive the creation of a robust inbound sales pipeline, leveraging financial services product marketing expertise to optimize messaging and lead generation
- Cultivate Flock’s market credibility and reputation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to drive transformative success
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing
- 1+ year of experience at a financial services or real estate company
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand recognition
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in utilizing data to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Prior experience at a start-up or building a marketing strategy from 0 to 1
Location: NYC, SF, or Denver
Compensation: The annual salary for this role is $180K-$250K, with target equity and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
