- Strategic integrated planning across Finance | Sales | Marketing
- Setting marketing goals and budgets to achieve goals
- Establishing and enforcing business processes Campaign and Lead Management automation
- Developing and measuring progress against marketing KPIs
- Marketing reporting and analytics in PowerBI dashboards
- MarTech administration and integrations
- Management of marketing automation platforms and integrations
- Interlocking with IT and Sales Operations to drive standards and automation

- 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices
- Expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms, Eloqua preferred
- Expertise in data analytics
- Expertise in building PowerBI dashboards and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with ABM platforms, Demandbase preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
