Role Overview
This role combines customer service and graphic design, requiring a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality automotive images, and assisting with photo enhancements and custom overlays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Canva.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to image quality and escalate as needed.
- Maintain support tickets, track progress, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding photo submission standards and quality expectations.
- Review and verify vehicle images to ensure they meet clarity, composition, and branding guidelines.
- Edit and enhance car images by adjusting backgrounds, lighting, and imperfections.
- Design custom overlays for dealership branding and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across all visual assets.
- Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and automotive marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in image review and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and think critically about solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in photo editing, graphic design, or customer support preferred.
- Prior experience working with automotive imagery or dealership marketing is a plus.
