Overview

As Senior Vice President, Performance you will play a pivotal leadership role in reimagining our global performance campaign marketing strategy. You will collaborate across the organization -analytics, client operations, media, and brand/industry/recruitment/product marketing - to develop a holistic, end-to-end growth strategy. You are fluent in building and managing campaigns across various channels from social, SEM, display, video and other offline channels to drive performance-centered acquisition strategies.. You possess a data and performance-centric mindset to drive strategy development, execution and campaign optimization.

In this role, you will act as both a player and as a coach. You will create and share a Global Performance Marketing vision and strategy and then coach a large team of diverse media planning and investment leads towards your set strategy.

The right person is also well versed in MarTech strategies and knows how to harness the power of technology to build a seamless, personalized user journey. This person understands the importance of both a digital and traditional multi-channel approach but is also not afraid to try new marketing tactics in the spirit of growth.

This role requires a growth mindset - someone who is constantly consuming and understanding audience insights, buyer trends, data forecasts, and market research- in the effort to build the best possible campaign journey and experience for our audience. This person is a self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. This person is not afraid of the white space and instead energized by "uncharted waters."

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse and hybrid performance marketing team specializing in campaign/demand generation strategy Reimagine our company's performance marketing strategy from: How we build an execute campaigns How we go to market across various channels to drive accelerated growth How we leverage and integrate MarTech tools How we personalize our customer messaging How we test new channels and technology in order to stay relevant How we use data to define campaign ROI / success

Drive exponential growth and revenue for a leading digital transformation partner Globally lead and manage all aspects of performance marketing strategies for our fintech client, focusing on achieving registration KPIs and new customer business growth objectives. Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths and opportunities for optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic, video, OOH and others, while ensuring we have a pipeline of scalable innovation. Work directly with regional and local market teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of client's objectives across different geographies. Implement rigorous testing and data analysis techniques to continually refine and enhance media strategies. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in performance marketing, fintech industry standards, and digital analytics to maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular, detailed reports and insights to both the agency leadership and the client, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Foster strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that all deliverables are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Qualifications

Extensive experience in Consumer DTC digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing - strong preference for experience from SaaS company in the fintech technology sector Proven track record of successfully building and launching integrated global marketing campaigns. Ability to translate audience and data insights into meaningful strategies that drive lead conversion and company revenue, preferably at a Fortune 100 company Experience building, leading, and retaining a team of campaign managers. Strong emotional intelligence - models' empathy and leads with passion. Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and fosters highly productive local and global relationships Strong understanding of the digital channel ecosystem and how to partner with marketing ops, paid / social media, and web to develop unique amplification opportunities that grow brand value and relevance Experience with managing and analyzing customer databases to optimize segmentation and personalization marketing efforts 12+ years of progressive experience within or around the performance media ecosystem with experience with business conversion and creating growth. 8+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading performance marketing teams. Results-driven with a track record of delivering successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs. Strong understanding of the latest trends, insights, and best practices in the performance marketing industry. Proven track record of building and launching integrated global marketing campaigns, preferably at a Fortune 100 company. Experience building, leading, and retaining a team of campaign managers. Demonstrated understanding of online marketing principles. Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with global markets at different levels of data and product maturity. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $263,655 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
