Responsibilities: Create engaging content and drive impactful strategies that expand their reach and influence. Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to grow our presence on Instagram as well as supplemental strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and TikTok Shop. Manage the content calendar to keep our feed fresh, on-brand, and engaging. Post and schedule content across all social media platforms. Analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Organize and moderate live events, such as product launches and expert Q&A sessions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
Requirements: Proven experience managing social media platforms, ideally within the food, wellness, or consumer goods industry. Expertise in creating engaging content for Instagram. A creative mindset with strong storytelling skills. The ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly. A self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a love for connecting with an online audience.
