An important member of the UCSF Health Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing Manager, Sports and Community Sponsorships, under the direction of the Associate Chief Marketing Officer, leads all aspects of sports and community marketing sponsorships, from initial planning to execution and post-sponsorship analysis. The incumbent will work closely with sports teams and community organizers to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables and hold responsibility for on-site event management as required. Additional responsibilities include: Creating meaningful marketing activations Identifying content to repurpose and amplify across different channels Monitoring and evaluating sponsorship programs to ensure they meet brand and strategic marketing needs Reporting on KPIs Identifying potential areas of sponsorship contract improvement This is a highly visible role that involves collaborating with executive administration, clinical and physician leaders across the health enterprise, senior campus departments in communications and community/government relations, and the various functions within the UCSF Health Marketing and Communication team. The incumbent must be highly organized, hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working under pressure in both team and independent environments. Travel and evenings/weekend work required. The annual salary range for this position is $87.9 to $187.7, with a target entry point of $111.8+ depending on experience. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
