Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate networks. Lead a team of marketers, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and driving execution. Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for maximum ROI. Oversee budget allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in marketing spend. Collaborate with product, data and creative teams to refine audience targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness. Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance marketing performance. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Implement marketing automation tools and leverage AI-driven insights for scaling campaigns effectively. Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. About you

7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven track record of scaling user acquisition efforts in a fast-paced digital environment. Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Youtube etc.), attribution models, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Data-AI/Sensor Tower. Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop talent. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
