BAZZAAL is a dynamic e-commerce and influencer marketing agency specializing in beauty and lifestyle brands. We operate two e-commerce stores and manufacture our own brand, overseeing the entire supply chain from production to direct-to-consumer sales. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to enhance and streamline our supply chain, logistics, and import/export processes, with a strong focus on Shopify and Amazon operations. Kijibae is our own brand, dedicated to revolutionizing the at-home manicure experience with 60% semi-cured, premium gel nail polish strips. Currently, our focus is on direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, bringing salon-quality nails directly to our customers.

Role Description: The E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Kijibae will play a key role in optimizing our Shopify and Amazon stores and executing digital marketing tactics to drive growth and engagement, with the primary goal of acquiring new customers. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this individual will focus on paid performance marketing, email, SMS, and SEO strategies, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and resonate with the Kijibae audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

Own, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings. Regularly monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for growth and adjusting strategies to align with evolving algorithms.

Email and SMS Marketing:

Own, develop, and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. Segment audiences and create targeted campaigns tailored to customer behavior and lifecycle stage. Monitor and report on campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future strategy.

Data and Reporting:

Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards. Gather and analyze data across email, SMS, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director with recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

Experience executing digital marketing campaigns is a MUST. We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply. 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, email, and SMS. Proficiency in eCommerce marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
