Associate Director

to work on the US Oncology Marketing team to lead the digital strategy and execution for our company and alliance aRCC (RCC) indication. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong digital understanding and robust scientific acumen, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the digital strategy development, orchestrating digital recommendations, and ensuring the effective execution of digital initiatives. Position Location:

Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid) or REMOTE Initial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Digital Strategy Development:

Drive the development of a comprehensive digital strategy to support the growth of the alliance RCC indication in partnership with other members of the brand team.

Customer Adoption:

Orchestrate digital recommendations that encourage customer engagement and progression through the adoption continuum by evolving and executing digital segmentation strategies.

Budget Management:

Ensure the appropriate execution of the digital media budget for the year 2025, optimizing spend across various digital channels to maximize ROI.

Strategic Planning:

Direct the strategic planning of the digital strategy for 2026 as part of the annual brand planning process, in collaboration with our Alliance partners.

Innovation in Digital Tactics:

Drive innovation in digital tactical development to ensure high levels of engagement with our target audience, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques.

Synergy Identification:

Identify and leverage synergy areas with the Pan-Tumor and Consumer teams to enhance overall marketing effectiveness and impact.

Identification of clinical data translation into promotional messaging:

Lead the approval process for additional data conforming to FDA-approved labels (CFL) and ensure seamless integration into digital promotions.

Education Minimum Requirement:

Required Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

PharmD (preferred)

MBA (preferred)

Required Experience and Skills:

1+ year of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills

Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities and experience with project management

Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks.

Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross functional teams

Requires up to 25% travel, including some weekends

Preferred Experience and Skills:

2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or direct customer experience

Healthcare Provider promotion experience and experience bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review

Experience leading development of strategic/tactical plans and budget management

Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures

Ability to establish networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment

Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation

Ability to focus on patient and customer experience while achieving business priorities

Expected US salary range:

$153,800.00 - $242,200.00 Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
