Job Requirements:

Requires BA/BS and 5+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience. TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required. Experience with the following:

Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products. Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS. Photography and video editing. Mentoring and training junior staff. Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user-friendly experience. Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products. Developing design concepts and implementing designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online. Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release clearances. Conducting technical quality checks.

Responsibilities:

Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products. Utilize request management tools to provide swift, high-quality customer support for communication requests. Coordinate with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience. Create graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products. Develop design concepts and implement designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online. Ensure products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, and public release clearances. Conduct technical quality checks. Manage an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles. Provide Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps.
