This role involves managing holistic marketing campaigns for a variety of events, from grand regional events featuring celebrity talent to skill-building workshops, targeting both new prospects and engaging existing customers. The ideal candidate will not only focus on driving event registrations but also on ensuring attendee engagement throughout the pre-event, during-event, and post-event phases through effective channel utilization and content messaging.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop and manage customer journey flows to enhance event engagement and registrations. Build segmentation and identify target audiences, leveraging testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media and paid media to drive registrations and post-event engagement. Analyze event performance data, working with marketing analytics partners to refine targeting and improve messaging. Coordinate and oversee communications, including email marketing and in-app notifications, to ensure consistency and engagement.Must have Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation. Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies. Exceptional project management and collaboration skills.Industry Experience Required:Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns for various types of events, preferably in an international context.
