Schedule: Part time. Hours per day somewhat flexible but with a set schedule equally 20 hours a week. We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Project Manager to support the Line of Business Marketing team regularly manage a high volume of deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met. This is a position that would manage multiple projects and oversee timelines on an ongoing basis; it is not a position project managing one large initiative. Regular project examples are: creative asset development, social media post creation, email development, etc. This role supports the on-time delivery of these deliverables. Responsibilities: Regularly oversee and manage multiple marketing projects to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Conduct regular status meetings with Line of Business Marketing to track deliverables and address any issues or delays. Support the Line of Business Marketing team to keep track of multiple projects and events. Liaise with the enterprise marketing team and event team to ensure alignment and coordination. Keep track of deadlines and support getting clarity from business partners to ensure projects have all required information included. Identify potential risks (i.e. project delays) and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Facilitate post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of project processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marketing industry, with a strong focus on deliverables management with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead deadline management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
