This position requires working onsite 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in traditional CRM or direct marketing (email, credit card, or loyalty marketing). Responsibilities: Assist in executing loyalty and credit card marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials, ensuring they are on time and aligned with the strategy. Represent the loyalty team in meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration with other brand teams. Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and present insights through reports. Collaborate with teams to align on loyalty program goals and initiatives. Manage budgeting, track expenses, and oversee approval processes with legal and banking partners. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing, or loyalty programs. Strong communication skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Skilled in problem-solving and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience working across different teams (IT, Data, Creative, etc.). Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. Background in credit card, retail, or agency marketing is a plus.
