Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and execute compelling content that strengthens Warbird’s brand presence, engages key stakeholders, and positions our executives as industry thought leaders. This role blends strategic content development, public relations, and digital marketing to enhance our visibility across traditional and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in short-form and long-form content creation, media relations, and social media engagement—with basic graphic design skills as a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening Warbird Healthcare Advisors' brand presence, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing channels. With a focus on building brand equity in the market, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand recognition, position Warbird as a trusted industry leader, and drive engagement with key audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Develop high-quality white papers, blog posts, presentations, case studies, and industry reports in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Write short-form content optimized for digital platforms, including social media posts, website copy, and email marketing content.
- Work closely with leadership to create executive positioning content, including LinkedIn articles, bylined op-eds, and speaking abstracts.
Public Relations & Media Engagement
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase media visibility for Warbird and its executives.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and talking points for industry events and corporate announcements.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry reporters and healthcare trade publications to secure media placements.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Curate and create engaging content for Warbird’s corporate LinkedIn presence tailored to industry trends.
- Monitor and engage with relevant conversations to amplify Warbird’s thought leadership.
- Leverage basic graphic design skills to create visually compelling posts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Brand & Marketing Support
- Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentation decks, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with the CMO to align content with corporate marketing and business development strategies.
- Track key content and PR metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Industry Events, Conferences & Webinars
- Develop promotional campaigns for industry events, including email marketing, collateral development, and digital/social promotions.
- Prepare decks with executive speakers and panelists. Coordinate co-branded decks as needed for presentations or webinars.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for on-the-ground events, including booth setup, sponsorship fulfillment, and engagement activities.
- Track event performance and provide recommendations for future sponsorships and participation.
Industry Events, Conferences & Webinars

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, public relations, or corporate communications (healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats (long-form and short-form).
- Proven experience in media relations, including pitching and securing placements in trade or business media.
- Experience managing social media content and engagement strategies for a corporate brand.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar) are a plus.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
