Job Description
You’re a leader. A creator. A strategist.
You thrive at the intersection of brand performance, creative strategy, and collaborative execution. You can craft a brand from the ground up, direct a high-performing creative team, and roll up your sleeves to design at the highest level.
You don’t just make things look good—you make them perform. Every design choice you make is intentional—whether it’s shaping a high-converting digital experience, developing a data-driven direct-response campaign, or refining a brand identity that builds instant trust. Your work captures attention, drives action, and delivers results.
You’re a player-coach, balancing hands-on design work with leading a small but mighty team.
You mentor and inspire, ensuring creative excellence while empowering your team to grow.
You develop scalable design systems, refine user experiences, and collaborate across departments to ensure every project aligns with business goals.
You’re also a strategic thinker, working closely with clients to define their vision and translate it into creative that delivers measurable impact. You present with confidence, articulate the “why” behind every design, and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
You’re driven, adaptable, and forward-thinking. You thrive in fast-paced, high-output environments, managing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality. You embrace new technologies, evolving trends, and the challenge of turning ideas into meaningful, performance-driven creative.
You love working with nice, talented people like yourself.
You’re able to work 3–5 days a week at our office near Thanksgiving Point. It's closer than you think. Put it in your GPS and see for yourself.
