Job Summary
The Marketing Director will set/develop a marketing strategy that is aligned with the Foodtech business area and sales strategy. We are seeking a change manager who is passionate about marketing as a commercial function and is willing to work on both strategic and operational levels. This person must have a wonderful understanding and willingness to run global strategies and deal with multi-cultural organizations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Set marketing strategy that is aligned with Business Area and Sales Strategy:
- Marketing as a commercial function: Own the buyer journey, define ways of working with and build partner relationship with Sales function
- Co-develop and cascade brand strategy in FoodTech commercial offering
- Break marketing strategy down towards implementation roadmap:
- Define main KPIs and targets within marketing function, aligned with marketing strategy (sales qualified leads)
- Define operating model of marketing function (team dynamics, ways of working, required capabilities and tools)
Qualifications, and Experience
- 10+ years experience in marketing leadership positions
- Previous experience in implementing and running upstream marketing function with a digital first mindset in a tech scales up in the B2B space knows how to develop deep customer understanding, knows how to implement marketing strategies for different types of stakeholders
- Experience in driving partner marketing strategy
- Highly knowledgeable of CRM and supporting tools to drive buyer journey
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing or a related field.
- Nice to have experience in rebranding and integration of acquisition
- Experience working in international environments
- Able to manage and work with various stakeholder groups: Customers, Sales team, Group Brand and Communication, Product Management, M&A and Business Development, IT
