Job Description:
Our client is transforming marketing operations and building a newly centralized Marketing Shared Services organization. This team leads the standardization and innovation of core functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across their iconic brand portfolio. The Media Shared Services group leverages strategic acumen, deep functional expertise, and scale to drive consistent and impactful media planning and activation.
About the Role
The Manager, Video is responsible for end-to-end management of ad trafficking and standardizing asset management across multiple brands. As part of the centralized activation arm for video investment, this role drives efficiency and effectiveness across programmatic, social, and direct video landscapes. The Manager, Video will collaborate with brand marketing, creative, production teams, and media agency partners to ensure seamless video activation and best-in-class asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage video creative trafficking for multiple brands, including programmatic, direct, social, and influencer video placements.
- Oversee asset management and trafficking for display banners, audio ads, and custom content.
- Lead standardization of Airtable usage across brand teams.
- Collaborate with channel activation, brand marketing, and creative teams on video specifications and brand storytelling.
- Act as the primary liaison with media agencies and creative teams to ensure timely ad launches and adherence to best practices.
- Manage workflows with creative and production teams, meeting agency SLAs for campaigns.
- Conduct research on video innovations and industry best practices to enhance video strategies.
- Drive continuous improvements to creative workflows by staying informed on platform best practices and trends.
- Support the video team in sharing insights and performance analytics across the brand portfolio.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in paid media execution.
- Experience in planning and executing brand media, programmatic, and direct video campaigns.
- Deep understanding of video platforms, creative best practices, and industry trends.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.99 to $53.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
