Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Manager at StretchLab Franchise in Houston, TX. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. They will collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and provide insights for business growth
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Presentation skills
- Achieving Sales Targets and Collaborative Teamwork
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Customer Service Orientation and Business Growth Insights
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Open availability with the ability to work nights and occasional Saturdays
- Grassroots Marketing experience or willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Onboard and train sales associates to give exceptional red carpet service
- Partner with Flexologists to ensure a smooth first visit for any new prospect
- Comfortable with prospecting through lead management via calling, texting, and emailing
- Thrives with autonomy and is self motivated while also motivating the team towards results
- Book and confirm stretches
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
- Maintain elevated level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
- Lead, search for and develop special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Ensure studio is clean and tidy
