The Company is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to configure and maintain the CRM to support the organization's marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

General Duties and Responsibilities :
Continuously evaluate and refine processes and workflows within HubSpot to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment between marketing and sales
Responsible for HubSpot CRM data integrity, standardization, accuracy, and integrations, including ongoing quality assurance processes
Responsible for ownership of the roadmap for HubSpot CRM functionality improvements
Work with the Marketing team to create custom HubSpot design work and to create workflows and
Create custom properties and objects in HubSpot to support ongoing marketing, sales, and client success initiatives
Integrate HubSpot with other systems and ad networks such as GoogleAds, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party software, including custom API development
Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and other automated processes to enhance lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement
Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key marketing metrics, campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Conduct training for the marketing and sales teams on HubSpot functionality, best practices, and new features
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users
Qualifications :
3 or more years of relevant experience in a similar role supporting the integration of HubSpot
Proven experience creating and road mapping HubSpot for sales and marketing
Certifications in HubSpot
Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
Proficiency in building and optimizing marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and custom objects
Able to create complex and logical workflows and create custom dashboards in HubSpot
Solid grasp of inbound marketing principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience developing HubSpot for real estate
Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS and web development
