Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Coordinator to focus 100% on managing and strategizing social media efforts for multiple top-tier clients. You will develop and execute social media strategies, foster engagement, and ensure all efforts deliver quantifiable results. You’ll also engage directly with clients, discussing organic strategies to enhance performance, providing detailed reports, and working closely with the team to leverage Franchise Business Advisors' (FBA) broader strategies to drive engagement and generate leads.

As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with:
- Marketing Director: Develops overarching strategies to achieve measurable results, including SQLs, MQLs, sales, and enhanced digital brand positioning.
- Digital Marketing Coordinator: Aligns brand voice and ensures consistency across social media efforts.
- Content Creator/Videographer: Produces high-quality videos, reels, and photos to support your campaigns.
- Graphic Designer: Designs all necessary visuals to elevate your social media presence.
- Marketing Assistant: Provides support with scheduling, reporting, SEO optimization, and analytics.
This is an on-site position in Orlando, FL, fostering close collaboration with our talented marketing team to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for top-tier clients, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Client Outreach & Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, discussing strategies, sharing performance reports, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Platform Expertise: Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Google My Business.
- Engagement & Growth: Develop innovative strategies to boost engagement, generate new leads, and enhance brand recognition.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Creator, Marketing Assistant, and Graphic Designer to deliver visually compelling and engaging campaigns.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for consistent improvement and quantifiable results.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to align social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
- Trend Spotting: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and impactful.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of social media experience, preferably developing campaigns and organic strategies for high-profile clients or in an agency setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Main Qualification: Proven ability to deliver measurable results and consistently improve performance.
Additional Skills:
- Proficient in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Google My Business.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling captions, copy, and hashtag strategies.
- Expertise in analyzing social media performance and optimizing campaigns for measurable improvements.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
