Marketing Manager, SMB Sponsored Products, Amazon Ads
Job ID: 2893758 | Amazon Advertising LLC
Re-imagine advertising with Amazon. Amazon Ads offers a rich array of digital advertising solutions aimed at helping customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We assist advertisers in reaching Amazon customers on Amazon-owned and operated sites and on other high-quality sites across the web. Our approach starts with the customer and works backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising product with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.
A strategically important part of our charter is to drive adoption across a portfolio of self-service, cost-per-click advertising products to enable head-to-tail advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. Our team is tasked with making it easy for sellers and vendors to advertise their products, thereby increasing the visibility of their products, which also helps Amazon customers discover more selection—a win-win!
We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager who will own the development and execution of our cross-channel marketing strategy to accelerate growth among existing advertisers through the adoption of multiple formats and building towards a full-funnel advertising strategy. In this role, your marketing programs and campaigns will help SMB brand owners overcome barriers to growth (such as access to high-quality creative or a lack of understanding of how/when to utilize differing advertising strategies), and ensure our advertiser customers have access to easily discoverable educational content that builds best practices and advertiser success across our solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You will bring your proven creative, analytical, and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement, and optimize compelling campaigns that drive advertiser success and growth on Sponsored Products. To be successful, you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. You will be excited to test and learn in a data-driven environment, enthusiastic about handling large data sets and using customer data and insights to deliver impact across multiple marketing channels. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating customized experiences through marketing automation, with an interest in owning your marketing strategy end to end, this is a great role for you. Experience working directly with sellers, in either a retail or advertising capacity, is welcomed.
