The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Partnerships professional to join our growing sales team. This position is ideal for an ambitious, results-driven individual eager to support sales efforts by prospecting new business and helping grow partnerships within the automotive industry. You’ll play an instrumental role in identifying and nurturing high-potential leads, collaborating with our entire team, and providing crucial support to help close impactful deals across our diverse media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential partners and advertisers in the automotive industry. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across multiple sectors, focusing on companies that would benefit from our diverse media assets.
  • Nurture & Qualify Leads: Work closely with prospects to qualify their needs, educate them on our offerings, and move them through the sales funnel. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to set the foundation for future success.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with content, production, and editorial teams to create tailored advertising and partnership solutions that resonate with prospects and meet their specific needs.
  • Track & Report Sales Metrics: Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of key opportunities and progress toward meeting goals.
  • Assist with Deal Execution: Support our Partnerships team members in the final stages of negotiations, ensuring all details are in place for successful partnership launches.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Sales Experience (or Eagerness to Learn): 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, business development, or similar role, with a desire to grow in a media and advertising environment. Experience in automotive, media, or advertising industries is a plus.
  • Strong Research & Prospecting Skills: You excel at identifying new leads, conducting in-depth research, and using data to drive targeted outreach. You have a natural ability to understand customer needs and find creative ways to engage potential clients.
  • Relationship-Building Abilities: You’re a people person with strong communication skills. Whether you’re reaching out to new prospects or nurturing existing relationships, you know how to build rapport and keep the conversation moving forward.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while keeping track of all details through CRM systems.
  • Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for Automotive & Media: You have a keen interest in the automotive industry and digital media, and you're excited by the opportunity to connect brands with innovative media solutions.
