Creative Director- Digital Art Direction

We’re looking for a Creative Director with a digital art direction background who can bring bold, culture-defining creative to life across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll concept and execute visually compelling digital campaigns, social content, and interactive experiences that push brands forward. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, writers, and developers to craft work that feels fresh, intentional, and made for how people engage with brands today.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Concepting & Visual Direction – Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, brand launches, and marketing activations.
  • Design for Digital & Social – Create best-in-class assets for paid and organic social, digital ads, landing pages, interactive content, and more.
  • Bring Brands to Life Online – Shape how brands appear in the digital world, ensuring a cohesive, compelling presence across platforms.
  • Direct Motion & Interactive Work – Oversee the development of motion graphics, video, and interactive storytelling elements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with copywriters, strategists, media teams, and developers to bring ideas to life smartly and effectively.
  • Stay Ahead of Digital Trends – Keep a pulse on emerging creative and platform trends, ensuring our work is relevant and impactful.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital design, art direction, or content creation, ideally within branding, advertising, or digital-first environments.
  • A portfolio that showcases bold, digital-first work across campaigns, social, and interactive experiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and an understanding of motion/video production.
  • Experience directing and collaborating on motion, video, and interactive work.
  • A strong understanding of how brands thrive in digital and social spaces.
