About the Team

We are the brand’s in-house studio, focusing on quality execution and consisting of experts in final art, copy and production management. Our focus is asset creation for the identified blueprint projects, high-priority campaigns and activations that arise from our domain as well as domain prioritized requests from other teams and domains.

As a designer in the studio, you will be bringing ideas, concepts and the brand to life by crafting distinct, recognisable, and consistent marketing assets that can be adapted, implemented, and scaled across all channels and regions. Brand consistency and accuracy are paramount in everything you create.

We are looking for a final art designer, to work closely with our copywriters and project managers to execute on existing concepts and set design frameworks within our guidelines. The successful candidate will deliver quality results where attention to detail, speed, flexibility, and excellence in execution are natural ingredients. Brand consistency at scale is a must.

What You Will Do

  • Create and produce strong and coherent visual design solutions based on our existing brand guidelines.
  • Create adaptations, templates and playbooks for global and local campaigns.
  • Produce design for awareness campaigns and co-marketing campaigns for out of home, digital banners, social media and events that are globally scalable.
  • Digital media and content creation.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and execution of design across a broad range of digital and sometimes physical touchpoints.
  • Work with different teams and partners in setting the right tonality in our different communication channels according to our design guidelines.
  • Reviewing work created externally to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines.

Who You Are

  • Strong skills in developing visual content for social media, digital platforms and print formats within our brand guidelines, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs etc).
  • Exceptional design & layout skills, great eye for composition, color and typography.
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure without compromising on delivering quality results or organization.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers and copywriters across teams in the domain.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee designs from external agencies and teams, ensuring top-tier quality, execution, and delivery on-brand.
  • Engage with teams to gather feedback with a positive attitude. Ensure it's accurately captured, validated, and integrated into designs and remain flexible and positive if designs need to change or direction is modified.
  • Confident in presenting design work clearly to stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English, in both verbal and written communication.
