Job Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Artist/Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for creating compelling visual and written content across digital platforms, including social media, website design, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital design, content strategy, and analytics to develop effective campaigns and improve engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design visually compelling graphics and digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
2. Develop engaging written content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, development, and creative departments.
4. Conduct content audits and provide strategic recommendations for improved digital performance.

Required Qualifications:

1. Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
3. Experience in creating visually engaging social media content (graphics, animations, video).
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
5. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
6. Excellent communication and writing skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Video editing experience.
3. Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
