Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist with a strong background in IT, project management, or business analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling and building compelling presentations using PowerPoint. This role involves creating presentations for internal stakeholders, customers, business units, and leadership, as well as supporting various tasks, including business analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information and stories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and leadership to understand their needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
  • Assist in business analysis tasks, including gathering and analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Support project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Utilize Jira for task management and project tracking.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of communication strategies.
  • Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication across various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with a proven ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT background with experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Ability to work onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 5 days a week.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex information in an engaging manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a business analyst or project management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
