The Creative Designer (Mid) role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver visually compelling work that drives engagement and achieves business objectives.

Location
Hybrid - Fairfax, VA. Must be willing to go onsite in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Lead the design process from concept development to final delivery, focusing on user experience (UX) and functionality.

  • Oversee complex design projects, including branding, website design, packaging, marketing campaigns, and more.

  • Ensure designs are optimized for various channels, including web, mobile, and social media.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and implement the creative vision for projects and campaigns.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire innovative design solutions.

  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, US Citizenship required.

  • Must reside in the United States and work must be performed in the United States.

  • B.S. in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal government experience, experience with DHS preferred.

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range - The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $67,020.00 - $113,934.00 Virginia Client Office (VA88).
